For professional wedding planners

Wedding planner software that carries the work all the way through.

Everly connects the inquiry, wedding plan, timeline, vendors, tasks, team communication, and wedding-day work in one permissioned record. The studio gets a working system instead of another blank database.

The web workspace is open for 14-day trials. The iPhone companion is available to invited TestFlight testers while public App Store release is in progress.

My Work shows only records assigned to the signed-in planner.

A CRM can record the booking. A planning tool can store the details. Everly keeps the context between them.

The lead becomes the wedding without starting over. Dates, people, decisions, responsibilities, messages, and the run sheet remain tied to the same operational record.

One wedding record, from inquiry to closeout.

Everly is designed around the handoffs that create duplicate entry and missed context. Every consequential change stays reviewable, permissioned, and attached to the wedding it affects.

Carry the booking into a working plan.

Move from a qualified lead into packages, proposals, planning, and team work without rebuilding the client and event context. Guided CSV imports support contacts, vendors, leads, and wedding guests when a studio is moving from another system.

Start from a working timeline, then keep the planner in control.

Ceremony time and event choices calculate a complete editable draft. When timing changes, Everly shows linked shifts, locked moments, and conflicts before anything is applied. It does not silently send a message or rewrite the approved plan.

See the studio workload without opening every wedding.

Today and My Work bring assigned tasks across weddings into one bounded view. Workspace roles and event assignments still decide what each person can see, so business-wide clarity does not become broad access to every private record.

The desk is not where the wedding happens.

Everly’s iPhone companion is built for Today, My Work, current event packets, published run sheets, approved floor plans, authorized contacts, and private wedding-day issue capture.

TestFlight distribution is active for invited testers. Registration and subscription decisions remain on Everly’s web workspace, and the iPhone app requires an Everly account plus a tester invitation until public App Store release.

Questions from a working studio.

Is Everly built for couples or professional planners?

Everly is built for wedding-planning businesses. Clients, vendors, and guests enter only through planner-controlled, permissioned experiences.

Does Everly replace HoneyBook or Aisle Planner?

Everly is designed to reduce the fragmented stack across booking, planning, coordination, and wedding-day work. Migration is guided and review-first; it does not claim to scrape or reproduce every proprietary record from another platform.

Is the timeline generated by AI?

No. The current timeline engine and Wedding Health use deterministic, inspectable rules. Planners review consequential changes before applying them.

Can I download the iPhone app now?

The iPhone companion is available to invited testers through TestFlight while public App Store review and release preparation continue.
