Clear terms for using Everly.

A verified account begins a 14 day free trial. No payment card is required, and the trial does not authorize a charge or become a paid subscription automatically. If the trial ends without an active plan, the workspace may become read only until billing is restored.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and the activity of people you invite. Do not share access outside your business or use another person’s account.

Do not use Everly to break the law, harm another person, send spam, probe or bypass security controls, upload malicious code, or access data you are not authorized to see. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.

You retain ownership of the content your business enters. You give Everly permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter information about clients, guests, vendors, and team members.

Everly may calculate drafts, changes, schedules, or recommended actions. You remain responsible for reviewing them and for event, contractual, financial, safety, venue, and legal decisions. Current automation is not a substitute for professional judgment or venue and fire-code review.

When Everly Sign is enabled, a business may send an approved agreement for electronic signature. The sending business is responsible for its agreement terms, signer identity and authority, required notices, and whether electronic signing is appropriate for the transaction and jurisdiction. Everly records the document version, consent, signature, delivery, and completion evidence and provides a completed copy; Everly does not provide legal advice or notarization. A signer may decline before signing and contact the sender to request another process.

Early software may contain errors, change without notice, or be temporarily unavailable. Use appropriate exports and independent records for information you cannot afford to lose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and Everly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use.

We may update these terms as the service changes. A paid subscription begins only after an authorized workspace owner or administrator chooses a plan and completes checkout. Plan changes, cancellation, and payment details are managed through the billing portal.
