Can Everly find weddings in my email?
Yes. Connect Gmail with read-only access, run a bounded scan, and review each likely event before Everly creates a wedding record. Outlook and additional providers are planned later.
What happens to my email data?
Everly does not retain raw email bodies or attachments from discovery scans. OpenAI is treated as a stateless inference layer, and persistent customer records remain inside Everly.
Will it overwrite work I already started?
No. The builder checks the wedding first, preserves existing timelines, tasks, booking kits, and workflow previews, and only fills missing pieces.
Are generated agreements ready to sign?
No. Agreement language is clearly marked for studio and legal review. Everly Sign remains a separate, explicit step after the studio approves the contract.
