Request a trial

Your information

Privacy, plainly stated.

This notice explains what Everly Planner collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you when using our services.

Information we collect

When you request a trial, we collect the name, work email, business name, and any optional details you choose to provide. If you receive access, we also process account details and the business information your team enters into its Everly workspace.

Our hosting and security providers may receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, request time, and error or security logs.

How we use information

We use information to review trial requests, communicate about access, provide and secure the service, support users, diagnose problems, and improve Everly. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

We use specialized providers to operate Everly, including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for authentication and data services, and Resend for transactional email. They process information for the services they provide to us and under their own security and privacy commitments.

Workspace privacy

Everly is designed as a multi-business system. Workspace permissions and database policies are used to keep each business’s records separate. Private vendor notes and internal planning details are not shared with another business or a broader vendor network.

Invitation artwork generation

If you choose to generate invitation artwork, Everly sends the artwork description, selected colors, and requested card format to 69labs and the image-processing providers it uses. Everly does not automatically add names, dates, guest records, venues, email content, or other wedding details to that request.

Do not enter private client information or content you do not have permission to use in an artwork description. Generated artwork is returned to Everly, normalized to the selected invitation format, and stored privately for authorized workspace review. Generating artwork does not send an invitation or publish a website.

Connected Gmail data

If a workspace owner or administrator chooses to connect Gmail, Everly requests read-only access to the connected mailbox. Everly may retrieve message content and metadata—such as sender, recipients, subject, timestamps, and thread identifiers—only to identify likely clients, events, dates, venues, and other planning details, and to provide connected inbox features the user requests. The initial event discovery flow does not retrieve attachment content.

Gmail access does not permit Everly to send, change, or delete email. Candidate information is shown for review before an Everly record is created. Connection credentials are encrypted separately and are not exposed to browser code or the iPhone app. Users can revoke access in their Google Account and may contact us to disconnect the mailbox and delete retained connection data while the self-service control is being completed.

Everly's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sale, or unrelated product development.

Information used by the iPhone app

The iPhone app uses your account name, email, user and workspace identifiers, and the wedding information you choose to enter. This may include reply drafts, task and issue notes, guest meal choices, dietary and accessibility accommodation notes, and a photo you expressly select or capture for a private wedding-day issue.

This information is linked to the authorized Everly account and used only to provide and secure the planning service. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-service tracking. Everly does not request your device contacts, device location, or microphone. Payment cards are not entered into or available to the iPhone app.

Guest accommodation details, inbox messages, reply drafts, seating, reports, budgets, and private vendor intelligence remain online-only and are not copied into the iPhone's offline wedding packet.

Everly Sign records

If a business uses Everly Sign, we process the signer name and email, the exact agreement and its cryptographic fingerprints, delivery and viewing times, electronic-consent acknowledgements, the adopted typed signature, completion records, IP address, and a hashed browser or device identifier. We use this information to deliver the agreement, protect the signing session, create a tamper-evident evidence trail, seal the completed PDF, provide copies, resolve disputes, and meet contractual or legal recordkeeping obligations. Signing links expire, completed documents remain private, and planners do not receive raw network or browser evidence through ordinary product screens.

iPhone notifications

Everly asks for iPhone notification permission only after you choose to enable it in the app. We may store an installation identifier, Expo and Apple device tokens, permission status, locale, and time zone to deliver and troubleshoot notifications. Lock-screen wording is intentionally generic and does not include client, guest, vendor, schedule, message, or financial details. Turning notifications off in Everly clears the active delivery tokens from that installation.

Retention and deletion

We retain trial inquiries and account information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, and applicable obligations. Encrypted iPhone event packets expire after seven days, the Today snapshot expires after 24 hours, and sign-out or access loss clears offline planning data. Pending offline changes remain encrypted until they sync or the user signs out so Everly does not silently lose work.

Signed-in iPhone users can download a portable copy of their personal account and access records from More → Download account data, or begin account deletion from More → Delete account. You may ask us to delete a trial inquiry or begin another account-data request by emailing hello@everlyplanner.com.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided. You may also opt out of non-essential trial follow-up. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and changes

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to an early-stage SaaS product, but no system is perfectly secure. We will update this notice when our practices materially change and post the revised date on this page.
